The Chase Family Movement Disorders Center has convenient locations across Connecticut in Bridgeport, Winsted, Vernon, Cheshire, Stamford, Mystic and Hartford.

Living with a movement disorder can make it difficult to travel, but our locations allow you to see a provider close to you. We are proud to offer the only Spanish-Language Movement Disorder Clinic in New England. Located in Hartford in the Hartford Hospital Medical Office Building, this monthly clinic is bringing even more care to our communities.

We serve our Spanish speaking population at our location in Hartford at 85 Seymour Street, Suite 815.
