Memory Care Center

The Memory Care Center brings specialists with expertise in the diagnosis and management of dementia to patients in Connecticut.

The Memory Care Center is located at 1260 Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield. Exits are only a short distance from us and we are easily accessible to I-84 & I-91.

After entering the building, our office and waiting room are located on the right-hand side after passing through two sets of glass double doors. The building is a one-story, brick structure with a sign that should be easily visible from the road.

Parking

There is ample parking for people with disabilities. Parking is free. A parking circle is available for drop-offs. Please plan to use the entrance at the parking circle. The valet parking service at Starling Physicians, as it is at the opposite end of the building from our offices.

As you enter the building through the double doors at the parking circle, you should notice Jefferson Radiology to your left, then you will pass through another set of double doors. Our offices will be the first suite to the right after you enter the building.

A Safe and Soothing Environment

Upon arrival, you will notice that the Memory Care Center looks different than typical doctors’ offices.

The clinic’s design offers a safe and soothing environment for our patients and their families. We are the only clinic in our suite, meaning that the check-in desk is calm, quiet and without long lines.

The lighting is warm and inviting, and the carpets are without busy patterns or sharp color contrasts. Walls have handrails for safety. Our scale and our washroom are both wheelchair compatible.

The offices are spacious and designed so that patients do not feel like they are in an institutional setting. Exterior windows permit daylight to enter, which can help maintain orientation, but window treatments prevent glare and provide privacy.
