Initially the "wait list" for an appointment was discouraging as was the lack of return VM messages and even the "face to face" visit to confirm my referral was not handled properly. Eighteen months later when I finally had an appointment, I found the staff pleasant and using the eCheckin a good experience. Doctor Clairwood addressed all my concerns; and we discussed future treatments and cost. I felt I was properly informed. The wait time to see her was well worth it and I am happy to report that her staff is professional and efficient; a rarity these days and it was refreshing to see. I highly recommend Doctor Clariwood.

Dr Clairwood and he staff are friendly and fantastic and thorough. I see her yearly and she is so detailed oriented and listens to ALL my concerns. She takes the time to review the chart and I know in healthcare that’s not always allowed in the time restriction. She goes above and beyond. I am so happy I have found her and will never change. She’s a keeper
