He arrived promptly, seemed well informed of the purpose of my visit. He pulled up my chart to review labs and such and looked at them with me and provided his assessment and recommendations. He listened to medical history slightly out of his area (migraines) to have a better understanding of me as a person/patient and was responsive to that. I really appreciated his time and attention, his caring attitude and his kindness.

Positive experience - In addition to providing high quality clinical care, Dr. Gallo adopts a communication style that is open and fluid between doctor and patient, which is so lacking in many medical practices. And masking up. Lack of information regarding possible side effects to medication. This is one negative. Managing side effect was & continues to be a challenge. #4. No discussion of Tx options.

Dr. Gallo absolutely takes the time to listen to concerns and opinions. He also takes the time to explain things in laymen s terms and confirms understanding. We had a conversation about the medications I'm taking and how they effect other factors. I won't see anyone except Gallo.

Dr.Gallo is very good at making me feel comfortable. He doesn't rush me and readily will answer concerns I may have. Blood work and ekg reviewed with no signs for immediate concern. Will have the pacemaker checked in June. Always sprays hands with sanitizer before I leave. He shows concern for a healthy environment.
