Would like to note simply that I thought the appt. Was simply a follow-up to previous visits. When getting home I saw on my paperwork that the appt. Was indicated as being for anxiety and depression. Yes, we reviewed related questions and answers, but didn't realize at the time that that was the purpose of the visit. Perhaps forgetfulness on my part? Perhaps. In any case, not a problem. I was just surprised. Thank you!
