I am very happy to be treated by Dr. Black . I truster without hesitation. She is very skilled at answering questions and takes the time to do so thoroughly. She is not hurried which is not always easy or praised. She alleviated some worries that I had about one matter. I would certainly recommend her to others.

Dr. Black is attentive and knowledgeable. I also leave the office with a written "after visit summary." If I have a condition that I'm concerned about she responds in an appropriate manner. (My aunt wrote like this in her letters. No wasted space. Old school!) And that may include scans, x-rays or visiting a specialist.

Dr Florence Jaffa was not available, however Dr Laura Black was accepting appointments as it was followup which had a 7 day deadline. I was very comfortable speaking with Dr Black and she explained my options for ongoing care. I was extremely Impressed that DrBlack had read my chart before entering exam room and was on top of my recent history/issues. I would recommend both Dr Florence Jaffa & Dr Black as I have not been seen by a caring, knowledgeable doctor since Dr Migliorato retired. HHC PT care the past few years has gone downhill and both Dr Jaffa & Dr Black have restored my faith @NMain St WHtfd HHC

One of the best experiences I have had in years. Dr. Black listened to me, educated me and convinced me. She showed a concern for my safety in prescribing antibiotics for my returning complicated UTI that would not hurt me. She assured me that if the treatment doesn't work she is very responsive to text messaging and she offered an early intervention. I appreciate her thoughtful approach and feel fortunate to have met her. It makes me happy to know we have physicians like her practicing close by to where I live. She deserves some kind of patient care award. Please treat her well so she likes it here and stays.

Dr Black is a Great Doctor she takes time with her patients. She Always listens and responds to any questions or concerns you might have. She is extremely knowledgeable and follows up with a diagnosis. She always will respond to any questions through my chart as well. I think she is terrific and I wouldn’t want anyone else caring for me! Hartford Healthcare is lucky to have her on their team.

100% completely professional, I have issues getting to my doctors appointments and she’s always help me to to see me and listen to my issues. Dr.Black is a phenomenal physician!! I've Never left an appointment feeling unheard, violated, or anything less than cared for. She takes her practice serious and its NEVER and educated guess! She knows her practice well and i greatly appreciate her for that. Dr. Blacks professionalism over all is top tier. I can go on forever but you get it ! Even her team at the front desk Thank you !!!
