Again, the clerical communication piece causes hesitation in recommending this office. Since speaking with Kristen about this issue she made certain that I received a follow up message in My Chart concerning a change in medication dosage due to prescribed dosage pharmacy shortage.

My experience with Kristen was totally different than my first appointment with the doctor in the best possible way. She really understood me and was very proactive in a very specific way which is exactly how I like to work through things. I was so so pleased with this appointment and for the first time felt optimistic about the outcome I felt I could achieve.

Kristen Chapin is a very intelligent young lady who is very understanding of her patients questions and concerns. When I went to see her I was very scared and didn’t know what to expect. She sat with me for over a hour and took her time to explain everything that I have asked. She is also very easy to talk to and very trustworthy person. She don’t treat any of her patients with disrespect and don’t go against what you as a patient want to do with your weight loss choices. The office staff are extremely nice as well and get you appointments fairly quick.
