I like Dr. Pinto but I feel as though she is not thorough. I do a lot of reading and research on elder care and I feel as though I run the appointment and not her I am not sure I have explained that well but I find it difficult to explain!

My only complaint was that the doctor answered my questions but put off discussion of a pain issue due to "our time is running out" after I waited 10 months to get an appointment. I left with unresolved issues, recommendations for vaccines (but none were offered at that office) and an appointment in two months to follow up and address other health concerns. Disappointing

Dr. Copetti is an awesome doctor. She is very knowledgeable & professional. She cares about her patients. When you send her a message on mychart, she responds back very quickly and has an answer for your questions. She is the best. The only negative thing I have to say is when you try to make an appointment, it takes awhile to see her. I understand she has no control of that. It goes to show you that everyone wants to see her. I’m very happy having her as my doctor.
